Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information is used when you play the mobile game Star Potion Sort (the "Service"), why, who receives it and the choices you have. QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. ("we", "us") is responsible for the Service. The Service is free to play, shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases.
You do not need to sign up to play, and we do not ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number. The Service does not have its own game server or user accounts — your progress stays on your device.
1. Information used by the Service
- Game data on your device — your level, hints, extra bottles, ad-skip counts, language and sound settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.
- Advertising data — the Service uses Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google receives your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone only if you allow tracking), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interact with ads.
- Reminders (optional) — if you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders (for example when a new daily sky is ready) on your device. They are created and shown by your device; we do not receive your notification choice or token, and you can switch them off in the game's Settings or in your device settings.
- Purchase data — purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The app receives the product and a transaction identifier on your device so it can deliver the item. We never receive your card or payment details.
- Technical data — the game engine and in-app purchase library from Unity Technologies receive basic technical information (such as an installation identifier, device model and app version) to work properly.
- E-mails you send us — if you contact support, we receive your e-mail address and what you write.
2. Why we use it
- to run the Service and deliver purchased items — necessary to provide the Service you asked for;
- to show ads that keep the game free, and to measure ads and prevent ad fraud — our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it (see section 3);
- to answer your requests and comply with the law.
3. Advertising and your choices
- EEA, UK and Switzerland — before personalised ads are shown, the Service asks for your consent through Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time with the Ad privacy choices button in the game's Settings. This button appears only in regions where the law requires it.
- United States — in states with privacy laws (for example California), using ad data for personalised ads can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out at any time with the device controls below: choose "Ask App Not to Track" on iPhone, or delete your advertising ID on Android. After that you will see only non-personalised ads. Where Google's consent tool offers it in your state, the Ad privacy choices button in the game's Settings also lets you opt out.
- iPhone and iPad — the Service asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your advertising identifier is not used, no ad-consent form is shown and only non-personalised ads are requested. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android — you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (usually Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Non-personalised ads are still based on context such as the app and your approximate location, and Google still uses some data to measure ads and prevent fraud. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4. Who receives information
We do not sell your personal information for money and we do not share it with data brokers. Information goes only to these providers, each for the purpose listed:
| Recipient | Purpose | Information | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC (AdMob) | Show and measure ads, prevent ad fraud | Advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions | United States and other countries where Google operates |
| Google LLC (Google Play) / Apple Inc. (App Store) | Process payments and refunds | Purchase and transaction information (handled under their own privacy policies) | United States and other countries |
| Unity Technologies | Run the game engine and the in-app purchase library | Technical information such as an installation identifier, device and app information | United States and other countries |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of us.
5. International transfers
The providers above may process information outside your country, including in the United States. The information is transferred over the internet when you use the Service. Where required (for example for users in the EEA and the UK), the transfer relies on the safeguards the provider uses, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long information is kept
- Game data on your device — until you delete the app or its data, or use Settings → Delete my data.
- Advertising data — kept by Google under its own retention policy.
- E-mails you send us — as long as needed to answer you and meet legal obligations.
7. Children
The Service is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support-sps@lfbe.io and we will delete it.
8. Your rights and deleting your data
Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, the UK, Korea or US states such as California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent.
- Data on your device — Settings → Delete my data erases your progress, items and counters on the device. Uninstalling the Service also deletes it. We hold no copy of this data, so we cannot restore it.
- Ad choices can be changed at any time as described in section 3.
- For any other request, e-mail support-sps@lfbe.io. We reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — for example your local authority in the EEA, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the Personal Information Protection Commission in Korea.
9. Security
We do not run a server that stores your game data. Providers listed above protect the information they receive under their own security practices. No service is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add new features. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the Service.
